What to expect after signing up for your fibre line
If you have signed up for our month-to-month fibre package or are still considering signing up, you may already have been told about lead times to get your fibre line up and running. The lead times range between one to two weeks, depending on who your Fibre Network Operator (FNO) is. In this article, we want to take you through the steps that your fibre line takes before it is active and ready for use in your home. We hope this will make the wait a little easier.
We have taken you through the journey of getting you connected to fibre. These steps are specific to a new installation. Migrating an existing line that is active with a different ISP or relocating from one location to another is a different but shorter process.
