Moving to a new home comes with plenty of uncertainties, and getting your internet set up shouldn’t add to them. You can easily request a relocation from the comfort of your home through ClientZone. It's simple, quick, and hassle-free.

Submitting your relocation request

Once you know your moving date, log into ClientZone or the app to start relocating your fibre.

You can choose:

  • The date to activate the fibre at your new home.

  • The date to cancel the service at your current address.

A few things to keep in mind:

  • Fibre cancellations need 30 days’ notice, but you won’t be charged for both lines during this period.

  • Timing is important. Installation lead times depend on the fibre provider, not us ISP’s. Plan ahead so your new line is ready when you move.

Important: Only take your Wi-Fi router with you. Leave the fibre device (ONT) behind as it belongs to the fibre network operator (for example, Vuma, Octotel, Frogfoot, Openserve, MetroFibre, TT Connect).

Already have fibre at your new place?

If there's already a fibre device set up in your new place, you won't need any installation. We'll just reactivate your service.

Tip: Check with the previous owner or tenant to ensure their fibre service is cancelled. A fibre line cannot be active with two active services at the same time. If the line is still active, your reactivation may be delayed.

What if your new area doesn’t have fibre?

Not all areas have fibre yet. So, if you find yourself shifting from a fibre area to one without, Pure Wireless is a solid option.

What’s next? What happens after submitting your relocation request?

Once your relocation request is submitted:

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email

  • It will show the activation date for your new line

  • It will show the cancellation date for your old line

From there, simply move in, plug in, and enjoy your connection without stress.
